About

About the platform

A complete WhatsApp communication suite — calling, IVR, campaigns, inbox, CRM and billing — built to run as a single service with your data in your own database.

What it is

This platform turns ordinary WhatsApp numbers into a business phone system. Link a number by scanning a QR code and it becomes a hotline: inbound calls are answered by your IVR, routed to agents in the browser or on SIP softphones, recorded and measured. The same workspace sends voice broadcasts and bulk messages, runs a shared team inbox, confirms e-commerce orders by automated call, and manages customers in a built-in CRM.

Everything is multi-tenant: an operator runs the platform and sells plans; each business gets its own isolated workspace, prepaid wallet and quotas.

How it is built

A single Go server powers the API, the realtime engine and the embedded React dashboard, backed by PostgreSQL and Redis. Calls, media and campaigns run server-side; agents need only a browser or a SIP softphone. Prometheus metrics, signed webhooks, scoped API keys, TOTP two-factor auth and audit logging are built in.

The honest part

This is an unofficial integration built on WhatsApp’s linked-device protocol — not the Meta Business API. That means no per-conversation fees and no approval process, but also that bulk behavior carries account risk. The platform ships pacing, verification, number-health and quarantine tools to keep usage conservative; using them (and messaging people who expect to hear from you) is essential.
