Live walkthrough

Watch a call travel through the system

From the customer’s tap on WhatsApp to an agent’s headset — every step below plays out live, exactly like a real call.

Step 1 of 5Calling

Why run your call center on WhatsApp?

Your customers already use WhatsApp every day. Instead of asking them to dial an expensive phone line, let them tap the call button on the WhatsApp number they already know — calls arrive over the internet, so there are no per-minute telco charges for callers anywhere in the world.

This platform links your own WhatsApp numbers by QR scan and turns them into hotlines: every incoming call is answered by software, guided through an IVR menu, and connected to your team.

A traditional hotline

  • Per-minute telco charges for every caller
  • One line — callers hit busy signals
  • A number customers don’t recognize
  • PBX hardware and phone contracts to maintain

Your WhatsApp hotline

  • Free internet calls from anywhere in the world
  • Queues, callbacks and voicemail — never busy
  • The WhatsApp number they already chat with
  • Runs on your own server, linked by QR scan
Built in — no add-ons

Everything a real call center needs

Agent routing

Route callers by extension, department or first-available agent. Agents go online from the browser Agent Console or register any SIP softphone (Zoiper, MicroSIP, a PBX).

Queues that behave

Callers hold with music, periodic announcements and live queue-position updates; freed agents are re-rung within a second, serially, head of the line first.

Call transfer

Blind-transfer a live caller to another extension, a department or any free agent — from the browser widget, a *<ext># dial code, or a SIP REFER from the softphone.

Call recording

Plan-gated automatic recording mixes IVR prompts, caller audio and the agent leg onto one timeline WAV with an in-app player.

Live monitoring

A realtime Call Monitor wallboard shows every live call, its IVR stage, queue depth and agent availability; a Queue Manager page shows the serial waiting list.

Voicemail, hours & callbacks

Business-hours schedules, after-hours flows, voicemail recordings, queue callback offers and post-call satisfaction surveys are all built in.

How to set it up

  1. 1

    Link your WhatsApp number

Scan a QR code from the dashboard — no Meta approval process, no API fees.

  2. 2

    Design your IVR flow

Drag-and-drop menus, prompts and a Live agent block in the visual builder.

  3. 3

    Add your agents

Create agent accounts with extensions and departments; they answer in the browser or on a SIP softphone.

  4. 4

    Answer your first call

Callers tap Call in WhatsApp; your IVR greets them and your team picks up.

Frequently asked questions

What is a WhatsApp call center?

A WhatsApp call center answers voice calls made to a WhatsApp Business or personal number instead of a traditional phone line. Callers use the free in-app call button; software answers, plays an IVR menu and routes the call to human agents — exactly like a PBX, but over WhatsApp.

Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?

No. The platform is built on the linked-device (multi-device) protocol: you link your own numbers by scanning a QR code. There is no Meta approval process and no per-message API fee. Built-in pacing, number-health and verification tools help protect your numbers.

How do agents answer WhatsApp calls?

Two ways: the browser Agent Console (answer, mute, record, transfer from any modern browser) or any SIP softphone/PBX registered against the built-in SIP gateway. Routing supports extensions, departments and first-available with queueing and voicemail fallback.

Can several customers call the same number at once?

Yes — concurrency is plan-based. Extra callers wait in a hold queue with music, position announcements and callback offers, and are dispatched serially as agents free up.

Can I record WhatsApp calls?

Yes. On plans with call recording, every call can be auto-recorded end-to-end — IVR prompts, caller audio and the agent leg mixed onto one timeline — with an in-app player, download and retention controls.

Does it work with my existing PBX or softphone?

Yes. The built-in SIP gateway registers softphones like Zoiper or MicroSIP (or a PBX trunk) and bridges WhatsApp audio to SIP with parallel targeted ringing, caller-ID and blind transfer via REFER.

Ready to try it on your own number?

Create your workspace, link a WhatsApp number by QR and answer your first call in minutes — no Meta approval, no per-message API fees.
