Design WhatsApp IVR flows with drag & drop

An n8n-style canvas for phone menus: connect Play, Menu, Live agent, Voicemail, Webhook and AI agent blocks, voice them with natural AI text-to-speech or your own recordings, and assign a flow to each WhatsApp number.

  • Visual canvas with animated, color-coded branches
  • Callers reply by keypad tone, chat digit or spoken words
  • Natural AI voices (ElevenLabs) or uploaded audio prompts
  • Business hours, voicemail, queues, surveys and webhooks

Callers can talk, type or tap

WhatsApp calls carry no real DTMF signaling, so the platform detects keypad tones in-band, accepts chat digits typed into the chat during the call, and — with speech recognition enabled — understands spoken choices like “two”, “support” or “bangla” in ~300 ms with automatic language detection.

Frequently asked questions

What is a WhatsApp IVR?

An IVR (Interactive Voice Response) answers calls with recorded or AI-spoken menus — “press 1 for sales, 2 for support” — and routes the caller. A WhatsApp IVR does this for calls made to your WhatsApp number instead of a phone line.

Do I need to code to build a flow?

No. Flows are built on a visual canvas with drag-and-drop blocks and connected branches. Developers can still use Webhook blocks to call external APIs and branch on the response.

How do callers choose menu options on WhatsApp?

Three ways: keypad tones (detected in-band), digits typed into the WhatsApp chat during the call, or spoken words when speech recognition is configured — including instant realtime voice catch with language detection.

Which voices can the IVR use?

ElevenLabs natural AI voices (with per-tenant accounts supported), Cartesia or PlayHT via admin config, uploaded WAV/MP3 recordings, or the built-in system voice as a fallback. Prompts are cached, so repeated text costs nothing.

Can different numbers have different menus?

Yes. Each WhatsApp number can have its own assigned flow, with a tenant-wide default and a separate after-hours flow driven by your business-hours schedule.

Can the IVR hand off to a human?

Yes — the Live agent block rings browser agents and SIP softphones with queues, hold music, queue-position announcements, callback offers and post-call rating surveys.
